  SETTING UP A CONNECTION FROM SCRATCH:

1. To manually set up your OneChoice Internet Access Dial-Up Networking connection from scratch: first click the START button (in the lower left hand corner of the screen) and select Control Panel. From the Control Panel, under Pick a Category, select Network and Internet Connections.

2. The Network and Internet Connections window appears; under Pick a Task, select Set up or change your Internet connection.

3. The Internet Properties windows appears. Select the Setup button at the top to the right of To set up up an Internet connection...

4. The New Connection Wizard appears. Click the Next button to continue.

5. Make sure that Connect to the Internet is selected; Click the Next button to continue.

6. Next, select Set up my connection manually; Click the Next button to continue.

7. Make sure that Connect using a dial-up modem is selected and click the Next.

8. Enter OneChoice Internet Access as the name of your ISP. Click the Next button to continue.

9. Enter the OneChoice Internet Access connection phone number. If you need to locate an access number please call tech support at 1-800-589-5864. It is very important that you are certain your choice is a LOCAL number: you are responsible for any long distance charges that may appear on your phone bill.

10. Enter your OneChoice Internet Access user name with @onechoice.net, then enter and confirm your password. Make other available changes as you need.

11. Congratulations; you've completed manual setup. Create a Desktop shortcut and click Finish to end.

   DIALING UP AN EXISTING CONNECTION:

1. To connect to OneChoice Internet Access, either double-click your Desktop shortcut, or click the START button, select Connect To, then click OneChoice Internet Access. Make sure your username (with @onechoice.net) and phone number (in the Dial drop-down) are entered correctly.

1. To edit the configuration of an existing Dial-Up Networking connection: click the START button, select Connect To, the click onechoice.net. The Network Connections windows appears; right-click on the OneChoice Internet Access and select Properties from the menu.

2. The OneChoice Internet Access Properties window appears. You can make needed changes to your settings here.
